I have some precious friends that work for Kendra Scott, and over the past few weeks have made many more. I was introduced to the brand several years back on a work trip. I followed their rise in the accessory world. I was lucky enough to get a tour of their new headquarters in Austin, Texas last month… mind blown!! Besides the 24 hour free nail bar for all employees, and full gym with up to 2 classes a day offered; their happy faces and dedication to their ever increasing brand was the best part of it all. When I was asked to host a stop on their airstream college tour, I immediately said yes! They made it even sweeter by making it a give back event with 20% of all proceeds going to the Making It Happen Foundation. It was a great morning filled with friends, fun, and some fab jewels. PS I could live in this airstream! #happyplace As a business owner we all aspire to be a CEO like Kendra, and have company filled with employees like the KS family!
